1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all appointments, services, digital client access, and gift card transactions provided by D'Beauty Helsinki Oy. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Rule)
To ensure a tranquil, unhurried schedule for every guest, we enforce strict cancellation terms:
- Free Cancellation Window: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time via our online portal or phone.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or unannounced no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment value.
- Arrival Etiquette: We kindly ask guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to their session to settle into the sanctuary ambiance.
3. Nurse-Led Aesthetics & Safety
All advanced dermal treatments are performed exclusively by certified, registered healthcare professionals. Clients are obligated to provide complete and accurate health disclosure regarding conditions, allergies, and medications prior to procedure execution.
4. Gift Card Terms
D'Beauty Helsinki gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash currency.
5. Applicable Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if unresolved, referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
